How do you fight fever?

Hello, forum members! I was wondering which medicine you prefer to lower a fever.
 
There are lots of choices, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs, so I want to know which one you personally find effective.
Are you more into OTC drugs or do you use natural treatments along with them?
